TED empresa: una petita història, Transitaris en duanes
Ens constituïm en societat en 1994 però iniciem la nostra activitat el juliol de 1996 amb motiu de l’acord d’unió duanera subscrit entre la Comunitat Europea i el Principat d’Andorra.

L’acord d’unió duanera va suposar que tots els serveis duaners del Principat s’haguessin de reestructurar, engrandir i desenvolupar, havent-ne d’adoptar nous instruments legislatius i reglamentaris dins del marc del Codi de Duana Andorrà.

We became a company in 1994 but began our activity in July 1996 on the occasion of the customs union agreement signed between the European Community and the Principality of Andorra.

The customs union agreement meant that all the customs services of the Principality had to be restructured, enlarged and developed, and new legislative and regulatory instruments had to be adopted within the framework of the Andorran Customs Code.
